Our surveyors are fully accredited members of the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB). Once surveys have been completed, we can compile our recommended scope of works, along with a quote for your consideration.

DRONE SURVEYS

As fully insured drone operatives - particularly useful for surveying high rise buildings, roof tops and chimneys, without the need of scaffolding - Principle Construction can carry out surveys and compile a report of our findings via video link or pdf with images highlighting any particular areas of interest or concern.
